Provincial Awareness
Sri Lanka Inventors Commission has arranged to hold a series of pre-awareness seminars regarding inventions and innovations at island wide level with respect to the “Sahasak Nimavum 2024” National Invention and Innovation Exhibition and Competition. The plan is set out in the guideline attached here.
Applicants who are interested in the inventions and innovations have the opportunity to participate in the above-mentioned pre-awareness seminars related to your province.
Registration for provincial level pre-awareness programmes can be done through online system only. As space is limited, the opportunity will be reserved for those who register first. After successfully registering through the online system, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration. If it says “Try for another programme, the maximum number of registrations for the relevant programme has been completed”, it means that your registration has not been approved due to limited space.

Provincial Evaluations
Sri Lanka Inventors Commission has organized provincial level inventions evaluation programmes at the provincial level with respect to the “Sahasak Nimavum 2024” National Invention and Innovation Exhibition and Competition. The plan is set out in the guideline attached here. These evaluation programmes will be conducted free of charge by the commission.
The conditions and guidelines related to the provincial inventions evaluation programme is also attached herewith. Inventors who wish to join for these evaluation programmes must have submitted the applications before the deadlines for each province of submission.
Registration for provincial level evaluation programmes can be done through the online system as well as by completing and sending the application form via registerd post to the commission. The application can be downloaded by accessing the “Downloads” section of the Commission’s website or by accessing the link https://shorturl.at/kBKV1
