The Sri Lanka Inventors Commission (SLIC), under the purview of Ministry of Science and Technology, is dedicated to fostering an innovative culture among Sri Lanka’s future generations. Fulfilling its mandate to strengthen the national innovation ecosystem, SLIC targets School Students in Type 1AB, 1C, and Type 2 schools, alongside universities and tertiary institutions island-wide.
Under the guidance of the Hon. Minister, Professor Chrishantha Abeysena, SLIC has took a new initiative to the Young Inventors Clubs program.
